Gabriella specializes in facilitating leaders and teams to communicate more effectively. She's an executive coach and works with entrepreneurs, leaders and teams globally to overcome obstacles and reach their fullest potential. She is a Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation and has the Brain-based Coaching Certificate with the Neuroleadership Institute.

A leadership specialist, executive coach, and keynote speaker with 25 years’ experience in organisational change and leadership development across finance, tech, pharma, and government in 30+ countries, Bret helps senior leaders drive lasting change. An Oxford and MIT alumnus, ICF Master Certified Coach, and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Brett blends psychology and neuroscience to inspire action and deliver results. 

Saskia is a leadership consultant and executive coach, specializing in maximizing human potential within organizations. With over 20 years in the British Army she has extensive experience of working with, and leading, high-performing teams under pressure. Having experienced the challenges of being a woman in a male-dominated industry she is also passionate about empowering individuals from under-represented groups to excel.

Craig is a leadership coach with over 25 years’ experience in a diverse international career in executive roles across multiple industries.
