Nik is Head of Production at Based On A True Story, an ultra-luxury experiential travel company, and has called the Soller Valley in Mallorca home for more than 16 years.

With a background in digital marketing and international travel he has planned and executed journeys to every continent for the world’s most interesting and powerful people.

Hailing from Connecticut, Charlie is working alongside Nik at Based On A True Story while completing his finance and marketing major at the Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont.

He is a former Icelandic Glacier and Mountain Guide, with a knack for entrepreneurship, creativity, and travel.

Craig is a leadership coach with over 25 years’ experience in a diverse international career in executive roles across multiple industries.

He specializes in team development, strategic consultancy, and change management, helping leaders enhance performance, communication, and efficiency to drive sustainable growth in organizations.

Saskia is a leadership consultant and executive coach, specializing in maximizing human potential within organizations. With over 20 years in the British Army she has extensive experience of working with, and leading, high-performing teams under pressure. Having experienced the challenges of being a woman in a male-dominated industry she is also passionate about empowering individuals from under-represented groups to excel.

Gabriella specializes in facilitating leaders and teams to communicate more effectively. She is an executive coach and works with entrepreneurs, leaders and teams globally to get unstuck, overcome obstacles and reach their fullest potential.

She is a Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation and has the Brain-based Coaching Certificate with the Neuroleadership Institute.
