Sharon is a certified coach through the ICF, and an adjunct professor for the Council on International Educational Exchange Paris in International Management, Business and Strategic Management, with more than 30 years’ experience working in technology companies like Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle.

Gabriella is an executive coach specializing in communication, working with leaders and teams globally to get unstuck, overcome obstacles and reach their fullest potential. She is a certified coach through the ACC with the International Coach Federation, and has the Brain-based coaching certificate with the Neuroleadership Institute.

Thomas works in Munster Technological University where his teaching and research activities are in the areas of health and wellness. He has coached at high level sport in Ireland and is a certified exercise performance specialist with EXOS. He is passionate about creating positive learning environments for people both in education and sport.

Saskia is a leadership consultant and coach, specializing in maximising potential in organisations. With 20+ years in the military she has extensive experience working with high-performing teams under pressure, and is passionate about empowering under-represented groups having faced the challenges of being female in a male dominated environment.
